You may be seeking individual therapy with a very clear idea of what issues you most need to work on or may know something isn’t working and know you need support, but have no idea where to start. Both are okay!
Individual therapy is a collaborative process where you and I will work one-on-one to develop personalized goals for bettering your mental, emotional, and relational well-being and carve out a path for accomplishing them. Together, we may address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship stuck points, and past trauma.
Throughout our sessions, we will discuss various factors that may be contributing to your concerns such as your family history, significant life events, thought and behavioral patterns, and relationships. I don’t just treat the symptoms but focus on getting down to the root of the issue.
Each person’s path and process is unique to them. I’ve treated individuals and groups for addiction and mental health in private practice and intensive outpatient settings. I take a transparent and direct approach to helping you move toward your personalized goals by building tools, developing insight, and fostering resilience for change.
